The father of an Louisiana State University senior who was found dead in her vehicle Friday morning believes that her death was tragic because that occurred because she was in the wrong spot at the wrong time. Paul Rice told Fox News that he could come up with no other explanation for why his daughter, aged 21 years old, Allison Rice, ended dying in her car, near railway tracks that run through the city center of Baton Rouge early in the morning. "She's not someone who has enemies. We don't think she was being pursued or stalked." "This has been taken extremely serious," he said. "....But even so there are indications that are that there aren't any leads. There isn't any reason at this point...as as of today."
