The three new smart speakers are the JBL Authentics 200, Authentics 500, and Authentics 300. They will be the first to offer multiple voice helpers at the same time. Both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa will be built into these speakers, so users can use either helper at any time. This means you can ask Alexa to play music and Google to stop it. The speakers were unveiled at the IFA tech show in Berlin, and you can buy them starting September 15 in Europe and September 17 in North America.
Collaboration Between JBL, Amazon, And Google
Google and Amazon haven’t always worked well together because their voice helpers don’t work well with each other. But the fact that JBL, Google, and Amazon are working together could mean that their friendship is warming up. Even though the assistants are not connected to each other, JBL’s Multi-Agent Experience (MAX) Toolkit lets them handle each other’s timers and music.

Switch
Even though this isn’t the first time third-party speakers have offered a choice of voice helpers, the JBL Authentics speakers stand out because users can switch between Alexa and Google Assistant without going into the settings menus.
