Photo Credit: DPReview The Mavic 3 Pro will soon be available, but not until DJI unveils the Inspire 3. Meanwhile, online user reviews and fresh information regarding the Mavic 3 Pro's third camera have appeared. Before the Mavic 3 Pro is officially released, further leaks concerning the gadget have appeared online. This week, a number of leakers distributed marketing images of the upcoming drone as well as an up-close picture of retail packaging. Since then, the same leakers have released images of DJI's upcoming drone, proving that it would be equipped with an extra telephoto camera in addition to the Mavic 3's. Jasper Ellens and others claim that the new camera will enable the Mavic 3 Pro to achieve 3x optical zoom, which is said to be similar to a 70-75 mm focal length. The Mavic 3 also has 7x digital zoom, thus it seems clear that the Mavic 3 Pro won't have an ultra-wide-angle sensor. A release date and price are still unknown. It seems doubtful that the Mavic 3 Pro would debut this month given that the Inspire 3 is scheduled to release on April 13. Instead, a mid-May announcement has been promoted; this is likely to be preceded by a brief teaser campaign.
