Apple reveals the Vision Pro during WWDC 2023

Apple refers to the Vision Pro as their “spatial computer,” and it is a wearable that can perform all of these tasks for the user, rather than just being a gadget that can imitate games from a smartphone or PC.

It has a three-dimensional user interface and augmented reality (AR), which enables users to run various apps and virtual reality (VR) experiences.

The device is powered by a unique Apple silicon dual-chip design and has an ultra-high definition resolution display with 23 million pixels on both panels. Vision Pro is powered by the visionOS, which offers everything a user needs and communicates with them.

Being a mixed-reality gadget, it enables users to interact with things by touching them, immersing them in their environment, or utilizing apps throughout the interface.

Vision Pro: Here’s What to Expect

The debut of the Vision Pro is scheduled for early 2024 in the US and later that year for the rest of the world. Furthermore, it costs $3,499 and is a pricey offering from Apple.

The minimum age requirement for using the device is 13 years old or older, however, it is unclear exactly how this will limit the use of the device by teenagers.

Since a magnetic Zeiss lens is the only one that will fit on the gadget, wearing prescription glasses may be restricted or avoided altogether.

Apple’s AR/VR Headset

A lot of people have speculated about Apple’s mixed reality headgear, which mixes augmented reality and virtual reality in one unit. Despite the event not being primarily on hardware launches, one claim made by various leakers stuck out as being true for all of them: Apple would debut the device by WWDC 2023.

Due to the hardware delays, Kuo expressed some skepticism about the tablet’s availability while making predictions for this year’s WWDC, but his assumptions are right as the device is not yet available this year.

Apple’s first attempt at an AR/VR headset, the Vision Pro, combines the best of both worlds with an overwhelming emphasis on augmented reality and a focus on the high-end features available.

With a price tag of $3,499, the Vision Pro is a costly item to acquire, but considering Apple’s advancements, the public will soon know if it is worth the money and offers a comprehensive experience for all wearable needs.
