It's improbable that the Apple Reality AR/VR headset will launch in January. It might make its debut during a Spring event or the WWDC 2023, according to analyst Ming-Chi Kuo.
According to reports, the iPhone manufacturer would release its suspected mixed reality headgear this year. The shipments of planned AR/VR devices, however, seem to have been delayed until a much later time.
According to the most recent report , renowned Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo recently tweeted about the likely release date of the Apple reality headset. He also revealed that the expected AR/VR offering's mass shipments were experiencing delays.

It appears to be on track to receive the majority of the attention this year, though.
Reports claimed that Kuo's prior prediction that Apple would introduce its mixed-reality headset in January. But this time, the analyst claims that there is a persistent delay with the equipment.
As a result, the well-known tech company is expected to unveil it at a far later occasion, most likely a media event this spring or the eagerly anticipated WWDC 2023 in June.
Because of this, according to the analyst, "it is increasingly doubtful that Apple would have a media event for the new smartphone in January."

What causes the delay?
The planned mixed reality device has been postponed, according to Kuo, who announced this in a tweet about it. The availability of software development tools and problems with mechanical component drop testing, he says, are the reasons it "is behind schedule."
Kuo currently thinks that the mass shipment of the next product may be postponed from the second quarter of 2023 to the late second or the third quarter of the year due to the continuous delay.
A recent leak offered us a preview of the impending product before Kuo revealed the reasons for the Apple mixed reality headset's delays. An extensive leak of the
Apple AR/VR headset, according to a recent report, disclosed further information about the speculated device.
The device apparently has a 120 degree field of view, which is greater than current options. The audio in the reality headset might rely on AirPods Pro.
Additionally, it is anticipated to be extremely light, made of materials like carbon fibre, glass, and aluminium.
