At WWDC 2023, iOS 17 is expected to feature sideloading for iPhones

The newest iteration of iOS, though, is now expected to compete for attention by enabling app sideloading on iPhones for the first time. In addition, watchOS and iPadOS suited for a lackluster hardware upgrade are reportedly being unveiled at the conference. In June of this year, WWDC 2023 is widely expected to become the Apple Reality (and xrOS) show, but it's also expected that Apple will highlight more traditional products like MacBooks and their newest models. The latest significant update has a lot to unpack, according to Bloomberg tech commentator Mark Gurman, so the latter may spend a lot of time on stage. The hardware improvements discovered in the "Watch series 9/X," not to mention the "Ultra 2," may prove to be inversely proportional to the promised potential for additional software-based functions.
