Audi Cars Transform into Virtual Reality Platforms

Vroom vroom! Yes, you read it right. Audi cars will soon allow its users to play VR games on the move. The latest news confirms that select Audi vehicles will support Holoride’s in-car VR tech. Gear up this summer! Starting from June 2022, models featuring Audi’s third-generation modular infotainment toolkit (MIB 3) –Audi A4, 6, A8, Q5, and e-tron– GT can take advantage of the new Holoride link. What takes the holoride experience to the next level is its “elastic content”, which adapts to the movement of a car in real-time, journey time, and driving route. The idea is that, by linking in-game motion to the motion of the car, the possibility of motion sickness can be eliminated.
