BeReal tops as 2022 App Store winners, with MORE to Explore: Apple

The annual 2022 App Store Awards program, which Apple recently concluded, honors and celebrates those who have had an influence on the world while focusing on games, entertainment, connectivity, and stimulating the imagination. The French social media app BeReal, which was named the App Store's 2022 App of the Year, took first place in this honor from the Cupertino-based corporation. Also Read: What Is The Fuss All Around The Social Media App “BeReal” A total of 16 apps, mostly games and arcade games with some productivity apps thrown in, were also recognized by the Cupertino behemoth in other categories.

MacFamilyTree 10 and Synium Software GmbH won Mac App of the Year.

Games: \siPhone Apex Legends Mobile, from Electronic Arts, is the year's best game.
iPad Moncage, X.D. Network Inc., is the game of the year.
Mac Game of the Year: Devolver and Inscription
El Hijo, by HandyGames, is the Apple TV game of the year.
iTunes Arcade Wylde Flowers, Studio Drydock Pty Ltd., won a game of the year.
China League of Legends Esports Manager, Shenzhen Tencent Tianyou Technology Ltd., wins Game of the Year.
