Brad Pitt received a lot of shoutouts from many celebrities at the Golden Globes 2023

Brad Pitt did not win any prizes, but he undoubtedly won the hearts of the celebrities in attendance at the 2023 Golden Globes. Pitt, who was beaten out for the best supporting actor prize by Ke Huy Quan of Everything Everywhere All at Once, sat in the first row at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California, during the event. A number of celebs surprisingly shouted out the 59-year-old actor as they approached the stage to present and accept prizes due to Brad Pitt's placement in the venue next to his Babylon co-star Margot Robbie. Quinta Brunson, the creator of the Abbott Elementary television series, most notably stopped her speech after she won the Golden Globe for best musical or comedy series to greet Pitt. The Abbott Elementary team and everyone in the room burst out in laughter as Brunson could be heard saying, "he's right there!" in reference to the star. Online[/caption] Furthermore, Austin Butler, who won the prize for best actor in a drama for playing Elvis Presley in Baz Luhrmann's Elvis, also mentioned Pitt in his acceptance speech. And when presenting the prize for the best television actor in a drama series to Yellowstone actor Kevin Costner, presenter Regina Hall created a whole skit around Pitt's presence. Additionally, Harvey Guillén, who starred in Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, also interrupted his announcements to wave to Brad Pitt as he and Salma Hayek presented The Banshees of Inisherin with the best picture (musical or comedy) award. Overall, throughout Tuesday night's Golden Globes broadcast, it seemed like a number of celebrities were taken aback by Pitt's presence front and center at the awards event.
