Britney Spears claimed to have shaved off "a lot" of her hair before a night out with friends

Britney Spears claimed to have shaved off "two and a half to three inches" of her hair last night before venturing out with pals. After shortening her long blonde hair, the Toxic hitmaker, 41, was seen out and about in Malibu as she talked about a new "mystery" in her life. Additionally, she had previously dined at the upscale restaurant with her husband Sam Asghari before returning yesterday night with pals. The second time, the number-one music star changed up her look, claiming to have a haircut and new hairstyle before going out with friends. Britney explained in a new post with a long message on Instagram: "Okay I like things that are a little bit of a mystery️. Well, last night before I went out again to Nobu for the second time … ok I was hungry !!! I cut my hair !!! A lot … like maybe 2 and a half or three inches. My whole head of hair was curled not straight at all! My friend sent me a pic of me going inside and my hair is longer than it was before I cut it! And it’s straight … uhhhhhh what the heck."

In a subsequent clip that appears to have been taken on the same night out and shows the group of friends gathered under a huge fig tree, her hair doesn't appear to be noticeably shorter. "Another mystery … me and friends went to visit my favorite tree last night !!! I take a pic with it every year️ !!! !!!" wrote Britney Spears. "Well, I stood in the exact same place as last year … why the hell was the tree so damn big last year ??? Uhhhhh !!!" Furthermore, fans have not yet commented on either post, although Britney has recently restricted fans' access to leave comments on her uploads.
