You want to get a new gaming computer, then. You have a list of games on your mind that you'd like to play and have finally decided on a spending limit. The crucial decision is now at hand. Do you build your own PC from scratch or take the simple route and purchase a prebuilt gaming computer?
Prebuilt PCs are, in essence, what their name implies: they are computers that have already been assembled at the factory or by someone else before they are shipped to you. When purchasing a prebuilt PC, all you have to do is review the specifications and included components, make a single payment, and the entire computer will be sent to you. Without any more setup, you can then start playing by just plugging in your peripherals and the device.

A ready-made computer may be pricey. It may be put together by an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), such as ASUS or HP, or it may be assembled by outside parties who purchase off-the-shelf components and do it for you. The cost of purchasing a prebuilt PC can often be significantly higher in both scenarios because they typically need to make a profit on both the parts themselves and the time it takes them to assemble the PC.
The benefits of custom-built computers
Then there are personal computers that are made to order. To create a functioning computer, you must first purchase various off-the-shelf components, including a motherboard, a power supply, a hard drive, a GPU, and a CPU.
There are many benefits to purchasing and putting together your own PC. For starters, doing things this way is frequently less expensive. Since you're making it yourself, there are practically no other costs to consider save the prices of the parts itself and possibly delivery as well. Because OEMs manufacture their own parts and third-party builders buy them in bulk, prebuilt PCs can actually be less expensive in these situations where part prices can swing wildly. This is demonstrated by GPU shortages, which cause the price of graphics cards to spike. However, bespoke PCs are frequently more affordable.

But even on its own, its difficult nature can be a drawback. You must be well-informed and extremely cautious when performing it because there are numerous things that might go wrong. There is undoubtedly a learning curve, and while it's very simple to master, beginners may find it challenging.
Alternative
I'd say that constructing your own PC is always preferable, especially if you're a geek. For a geek, it's also a fulfilling experience and something you can be proud of once you get through it. It may also be less expensive, though this isn't always the case, so be sure to compare prices.
We do, however, understand that not everyone will enjoy it. Because of this, choosing a prebuilt option is not shameful. It's simpler and less stressful overall, after all.

There are numerous online markets where you can easily order and have shipped to you parts if you wish to build your own PC. One of the most popular is probably Newegg, but you may also get good discounts on B&H and Amazon.com, among other sites. A nice alternative is Micro Center, but if you'd want to choose your own components in person, Micro Center is not the best choice.
