A remarkable electric bike has been created by Heybike. According to
reports, the full-suspension folding e-bike has a one-piece magnesium alloy frame.
Electric bicycles, which are increasingly popular among commuters and delivery personnel, run on lithium-ion batteries, which pose a fire risk when charging, especially in less expensive models.
The brand that just just made its debut unveiled the new e-bike at CES 2023 together with other e-bikes. The
Heybike Tyson features the best construction in its class. It is made with a lighter weight reduction and increased durability in mind.
The product was created by
Heybike to be aesthetically pleasing, practical, and to offer a fantastic riding experience. The high quality and longevity of its one-piece magnesium alloy construction are guaranteed. Additionally, a 750-watt motor is included.

The spokeless design of the mag wheels ensures less maintenance. Alongside the seven-speed gear cluster, a tiny compact 750W hub motor is also visible in the rear wheel.
The e-bike also includes a thumb throttle that will keep it in the Class 2 classification. It has a 48V 15Ah battery with a 720 Wh capacity that it uses as its power source. The bike's greatest range on pedal assistance is reportedly 55 kilometres.
At 77 pounds, the Tyson e-bike is still somewhat heavy. However, it can also be used as a family bike, which is ideal when you need to drop the kids off at school. It can carry a maximum weight of 120 lbs on the rear rack.
While the back suspension doesn't appear to be all that remarkable, the front fork of the vehicle has a hydraulic suspension. It can be used in the majority of terrains, though.
For maximum safety, the e-bike also has hydraulic disc brakes. Although the company told us that it would be published on their website soon enough, we do not yet know how much it will cost.

Due to its small weight, magnesium is a material that is utilised to create racing automobiles. Magnesium is also more durable than aluminium, which is more expensive to produce and may be heavier than magnesium.
Initially utilised in e-bikes to lighten them up, it is now being used by some bike makers to strengthen the frame.
There are two types of magnesium alloys: pure magnesium, which is a very soft and light metal mostly utilised as a structural support for other metals, and aluminium, which is a magnesium and aluminium alloy. Stronger than pure magnesium is the aluminum-magnesium alloy.
A bicycle is often built of steel, aluminium, or carbon fibre. Because it is less expensive to produce, aluminium is used extensively. Contrarily, carbon fibre is thought to be the best material for making bikes because it is both light and durable.
