Burberry & Minecraft have collaborated to create most uninteresting merchandise

The Minecraft x Burberry collection is nothing more than logos on expensive clothing. I enjoy it when gaming and fashion collide. Incorporating characters into designs, creating eye-catching logos, or simply creating clothing, bags, or shoes that thematically showcase the ideas behind a gaming IP. What about a coat with a Creeper face and a BT logo? Does £2090 seem reasonable?
This collaboration contains some interesting ideas, my favorites being the Burberry scarf with flower motifs and a funny little square scarf with a Minecraft image.
Those are unlike anything I've seen from this brand before. Otherwise, this premium clothing is just more of the same with hefty price tags. If that's your thing, go for it; I'm sure they're perfectly good clothing items, and those joggers look pretty comfy. But, hey, I can get a few years of Xbox Game Pass for the same price, so I'd rather spend it there.
Earlier this year, Lacoste collaborated with Minecraft, which was a little more vibrant and fun. At least Burberry's collaboration isn't as offensive as Microsoft's normcore t-shirt.
