Cadillac is venturing into all-electric vehicle production with its several new EV models. However, the Cadillac Celestiq is set to steal the show with the latest input of Cadillac technology with luxury design, transparent glass roof panel on each seat, and plenty of customization options. Now, we will have a close look at this newly launched show car by shedding light on its essential features.
However, the rumor mill is agog that the price range for the Celestiq would be around $300,000 with the target of producing 500 units per year.
Celestiq, the ultimate-powered electric sedan, is more than just a show car. Instead, it will be crafted at General Motors Global Technical Center in Waren, Michigan. Through this innovative partnership, each piece of Clestiq will connect aesthetically with each customer.
Erin Crossley, Design Director, Cadillac Celestiq, said, “Every CELESTIQ will be instantly identifiable as one of a kind, giving each client a personal connection to Cadillac’s newest flagship.” He added, “With Cadillac reimagining the future of American luxury, we are entering an era of limitless possibilities and the future of design.”
Moreover, Celestiq is bringing AWD (all-wheel drive), better than a vehicle that operates only front-wheel or rear-wheel drive on slippery roads, four-wheel steering, and a full-glass roof that allows each passenger to set their level of transparency.
Also, the teaser revealed the wheels, lights, and door hinges of Celestiq, but you’ll have to wait a while to see the whole thing expectedly on July 22.
You can follow General Motors’ Design handle on Instagram for more updates and glimpses of Cardillac Celestiq. As officially Celestiq, the electric sedan will be entirely showcased for the first time on July 22, 2022, at 9 a.m. ET.
