During inebriated, inappropriate behaviour that she described as "banter," a female customer services manager groped a female pub patron's breasts before hitting another lady in the head with a bottle, the court heard.
Tamagin Mellor, 48, of Chesfield Road, Kingston-upon-Thames, struck out with the bottle, turning the boisterous drinking session at the bar into a large brawl.
Her employment with Merlin Entertainments, which operates Legoland, Alton Towers, and Chessington World of Adventure, was terminated the following month.
Mellor admitted to hurting Rosie Tune physically on May 7 at the Kings Tun pub in Kingston upon Thames.
She also admitted to having a bottle as a dangerous weapon on her person at the time.
The victim and her friends were drinking at a table when the lone defendant joined them, according to prosecutor Timothy Fulford, who spoke in front of Wimbledon Magistrates' Court.
When the victim saw the defendant begin to touch one of her friends' breasts in "banter," the friend urged the defendant to stop, and for a short while, she complied.
Mellor was then confronted when it went again again, at which point she became quite enraged and the victim overheard her declare she was going to "bottle her."
Before she had a chance to respond, she was struck on the left side of the skull, felt a searing pain, and collapsed to the ground.
