Cinematic Video of Artemis 1 Moon Mission Released by NASA

A cinematic movie illustrating the current state of the Artemis I mission was released by NASA. The presentation, which lasts 96 seconds, compiles the greatest images and video taken since the mission's launch on November 16. Below is a link to watch it: The unmanned Orion spacecraft was launched toward the moon by NASA's brand-new Space Launch System (SLS) rocket, the most potent space vehicle ever to have taken off. This mission was created to test the flight system for a crewed mission that will take place in around two years. The Orion has so far flown farther from Earth than any spaceship designed for humans, having Monday reached a distance of 268,553 miles from our planet, coming within just 80 miles of the lunar surface. 248,655 kilometers, reached in 1970 during the Apollo 13 mission, stood as the previous record. On December 11, the Orion is slated to make its way back to Earth with a splashdown in the Pacific Ocean off the coast of California. If NASA determines that the mission was a success, Artemis II will launch astronauts using Orion along the same route as the current mission. We can also anticipate the eagerly awaited Artemis III mission, which might launch as early as 2025 and send the first woman and first person of color to the moon. Building a permanent facility on the moon so that astronauts might live and work there, much like they do now on the International Space Station in low-Earth orbit, is one of the larger objectives of NASA's Artemis program. The first human expedition to Mars, which NASA estimates will happen in the 2030s, may use the moon as a stepping stone.
