The company revealed its "Free Pair For All" promotion, which will run from this week until Friday, Oct. 7, in a press release issued late last month. Therefore, starting at 10:00 a.m. ET on weekdays, Crocs is dispensing "tens of thousands" of shoes. How exactly did "Croctober" come about?

In honor of National Crocodile Day, people posted images of themselves on social media wearing Crocs in October 2017, which marked the start of Croctober. Hence, the custom has persisted ever since the corporation made it its recognized celebration month. According to Heidi Cooley, the Chief Marketing Officer for Crocs, "Croctober is one of our most favorite times of the year. A time to recognize our fans, many of whom have supported us unconditionally since the beginning and who live at the heart of our brand." Lastly, for those subscribed to the company's email list, there will most likely be more Croctober giveaways and deals.
