Donovan, 44, and Slater, 33, were instantly eliminated since they had the lowest cumulative score of the evening. The evening began with a Paso Doble to Mneskin's "Beggin" by Wayne Brady and Witney Carson. Whose Line Is It Anyway, Anyway? Alum, 50, informed Carson, 29, that he could identify with the song since he had previously had to ask his ex-wife Mandie Taketa for forgiveness. “When Mandie and I were dating, there was someone that caught my eye and I never did anything but Mandy found out,” Brady said in a pre-taped package, explaining that the pair got through the rough patch after he pledged his love to Taketa, 46. “Through some miracle, she actually listened to me,  and even though we got divorced later, she’s still my best friend.”
The actor and the dancer — who split in 2007 — share a daughter Maile, 19.
After she and the Let's Make a Deal host received their judges' ratings, Carson revealed some news. The Utah native declared, "I'm so pleased to share that Carson, Leo, and I are expecting baby No. 2." Leo, her son with her husband Carson McAllister, was born in January 2021.
The DWTS contestant told cohost Alfonso Ribeiro, to the applause of the audience, "I'm so blessed, and this just felt like a really good time to share it."
In the meantime, Charli D'Amelio encountered some difficulties this week as a result of her mother Heidi D'Amelio being expelled from the house on Monday, November 7. The social media star, 18, told her partner, Mark Ballas, after practice, "I'm going to make my mom proud. It was absolutely heartbreaking saying goodbye to her.
Charli stunned the judges with her first dance of the night despite not having her biggest supporter with her. Len Goodman told her, "That was so good it literally took my breath away." "No words of mine can express how good I believed myself to be."
The TikTok star was described by Derek Hough as the "first celebrity [contestant] to appear like a ballroom dancer." The performance, according to Bruno Tonioli, was "perhaps the best Viennese waltz we've seen so far in our 31 seasons," he continued.
Heidi, 50, and her husband Marc D'Amelio supported their daughter from the audience.
