Dell Released 2K Resolution Barrel-Shaped Camera Today, at a Low Cost!

Today, Dell has revealed its Pro webcam, which comes in at a unique 2K resolution. As many of the best webcams currently present in the market are either 1080p or 4K resolution, the Dell Pro webcam lands at a happy medium of 2K at a low cost of $134.99.

The new dell webcam is barrel-shaped, compact, and loaded with automatic cropping software to keep you centered in the frame.

Although, rather than 4K resolution, the Pro Webcam records and streams up to QHD 2560 x 1440 resolution. Hence, its fair resolution helps it hit a lower price of $134.99.

Fortunately, Dell restrained the noise-reducing microphone at this price point, altering the most significant omission from the 4K model. And the good news is that the new webcam is available globally today.

The aperture of this new Dell webcam is f/2.0, Sony Starvis brand sensor, the same kind of sensor found in the Razer Kiyo Pro and Dell UltraSharp 4 k webcam.

Additionally, the Dell Pro Webcam enables various resolution settings, including 2K QHD resolution and 24 and 30 fps (frames per second) video, Full HD resolution, 24, 30, and 60 fps video, and HD resolution and 24, 30, and 60 fps video.

Moreover,  the Dell Pro webcam has 65 and 78-degree field of view options, HD digital zoom, and autofocus as its standard features.

In addition to facial detection, auto-exposure, and auto-white balance, it includes various auto-light correction features, including HDR video noise reduction, temporal noise reduction, and spatial noise reduction.

More interestingly, the Dell Pro webcam is being attested for use in Microsoft Teams and Zoom. It is also compatible with Skype for Business, Google Hangouts, Cisco Webex, FaceTime, Slack, GoToMeeting, BlueJeans, Google Meet, and Lifesize.

The webcam features a magnetic privacy shutter that snaps directly on the front lens when not used. Its simple cylindrical design is easy to mount, and its noise reduction microphone is forward-facing to pick up speech.

Meanwhile, you can open the universal mounting clip at the bottom of the webcam to attach it to a monitor or laptop or use the integrated tripod mount holds for a standing alternative.

The adjustment of its peripheral is quite flexible. Its dimensions are 1.73 by 3.6 2inches, and its weight is 0.34 pounds. It features a USB-A port and comes with a 1.5-meter cable, which supports USB 2.0 or higher.

Substantially, the Dell Pro webcam is compatible with Windows 11, 10 64 Bit, and macOS. In addition, it is dispatched with Dell Peripheral Manager for Windows OS or macOS, which enables you to recast your webcam settings, including HDR, autofocus, AI Auto Framing, the field of view, digital zoom, brightness, sharpness, contrast, and saturation.
