Initially with a brief movie that included both the Lucasfilm and the studio's logos, and afterwards with a photo that showed both The Mandalorian actor Grogu and renowned animator Hayao Miyazaki.
Lucasfilm has already experimented with Japanese animation. Star Wars Visions, an anthology showcasing some of the biggest stars in anime, made its Disney Plus debut in the first season last year. Producer of Visions Kanako Shirasaki told that, "We wanted to highlight different Japanese studios, not just industry titans." "We sought to pick studios that wanted to tell various tales in different ways and had varied histories," the statement continued.
