DIZO has all but launched the Watch D Plus, a larger version of the Watch D. While the Watch D has a 1.8-inch display, the Watch D Plus promises to house a 1.85-inch panel on your wrist. Available from next week in India, DIZO has confirmed not only the price of its upcoming smartwatch but also its various features and colors.
DIZO has announced the Watch D Plus, a smartwatch that will arrive approximately five months after the Realme sub-brand launched the Watch D. While the company boasted that it was ‘Time To Go Big’ with the Watch D, the Watch D Plus’ display will span even further than its sibling. Specifically, the Watch D Plus has a 1.85-inch display, 0.5-inches larger than the one in the Watch D.
In DIZO’s words, the Watch D Plus has a 17% bigger display area than the Watch D, while also delivering up to 550 nits of peak brightness. Additionally, the smartwatch promises to offer up to 14 days of battery life, over 150 watch faces, at least 110 sports modes and should be waterproof to 30 meters. Like the Watch D, the Watch Plus also supports DIZO app smart controls and has the usual suite of health monitoring features like real-time heart rate monitoring, a sleep tracker and a SpO2 sensor for monitoring blood oxygen levels.
The Watch D Plus will be orderable on November 15 from Flipkart. Currently, DIZO has only confirmed that the Watch D Plus will be available in India, where it will be available for INR 1,999 (~US$25) in Classic Black, Silver Grey and Deep Blue colourways. Supposedly, all colors have aluminum frames, a curved tempered glass display and a soft silicone watch strap.
