Does MediaTek announce the Dimensity 8050, which is identical to the 1300 and 1200 models?

(Image credit- Gizbot) The Dimensity 8050, the newest chip in MediaTek's Dimensity family with a wide range of capabilities, was just announced. It is built on TSMC's 6nm process and has an octa-core processor and 5G modem to boost connectivity and performance. Despite having a new moniker, the chip, according to the GSM Arena report, is mostly the same as the Dimensity 1300 and 1200 that came before it, with a few significant advancements. The Dimensity 8050, a potent CPU running on TSMC's N6 (6nm) processor with a 5G modem, was recently unveiled by MediaTek. Four quick Cortex-A78 cores and four effective Cortex-A55 cores make up the octa-core processor. The Dimensity 8050 has performance cores that can run up to 2.6GHz and a Super Core that can reach 3GHz. The chip is a fantastic option for gamers and multimedia enthusiasts because it also supports up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. For those who enjoy taking photos and shooting videos, the Dimensity 8050 is a powerhouse for any project. It can power up to 200MP cameras.
