Dolly Parton, a legendary country music icon, will co-host Miley Cyrus' live New Year's Eve special on December 31 in Miami, Florida. In a promotional video uploaded to Instagram on Tuesday, Cyrus said, "'Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party’ is about getting glamorous and dressing your best." "Well, we do that every day. Don’t we, Miley?"
