Doogee S99 Smartphone with 64 MP Night Vision Coming Later This Month

The Doogee S99 will be released with a camera trio that includes a 108 MP main shooter, a 16 MP camera for both ultra-wide and macro images, and a 64 MP night vision camera. It will have the same tough build as its predecessor. Soon, the first batch will be offered for sale at a special price of US$179. A replacement for the Doogee S98, which is powered by MediaTek Helio G96, is forthcoming. Its name is Doogee S99, of course. Unfortunately, a processor update won't be available for the soon-to-be-released tough smartphone. It will, however, have a new camera system and a revamped look. The Doogee S99, which is set to go on sale on December 22, focuses on combining a 108 MP main camera, a 16 MP camera for both macro and ultra-wide photos, and a 64 MP night vision sensor that makes use of two infrared lamps. Google claims that this camera can take precise night images at distances of 15 to 20 meters. It has a 6,000 mAh battery, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of internal storage (with support for microSD cards up to 1 TB), 33 W fast charging, and 15 W wireless charging. Along with the aforementioned, the Doogee S99 also has a 6.3-inch display that is probably identical to 1080 x 2340-pixel and 60 Hz refresh rate display used in its predecessor. Unfortunately, 5G connectivity is not possible, but at least NFC functionality is available. Although Google hasn't stated it, the phone will probably run Android 12 when it launches. With an original retail price of $329, the global launch price tag reads US$179. As usual, it will first appear on DoogeeMall and AliExpress, with other online retailers adding it to their collections a few days after these two.
