Elon Musk is giving a significant investment opportunity in Twitter for $54.20 per share

Elon Musk paid $1 million for a McLaren F1 and then drove it into a hole. "I knew it would never happen to me, so I didn't purchase insurance," Musk says. Musk is attempting to attract new investors for Twitter at the initial $54.20 per share price at which he purchased the firm. Tesla investor Ross Gerber says he's been contacted about another funding round for the company. He'd already dropped some nonzero but less than $1 million amount on Twitter. Gerber is considering this generous offer to put more money into an asset the owner has himself said is overpriced. "One could argue he has created value or destroyed value at Twitter," Gerber told Semafor. Twitter Expecting investors to pay full cost for an asset whose value is quickly dropping is going to be a challenging sell. Musk may have ideas to save Twitter and clean up social media, but his runway is running limited. I'm delighted Semafor's signature formula has separated that, especially for me to consider. That could imply he's repaying some of Twitter's debt, that his banks are planning to write off. Liz's point of view: Some of you are simply not prepared for typical interest rate settings. But there's no doubt Twitter's in serious financial circumstances.
