As of today, Elon Musk is the new owner of Twitter after the $44 billion transaction was successfully concluded.
And now that the software mogul is in charge, he is said to have sacked the social network company's senior executives, including CEO Parag Agrawal, according to reports.
A recent Reuters article claims that Elon Musk, the major boss of tech behemoths like Tesla and SpaceX, is now in charge of the enormous microblogging platform Twitter.
On his Twitter page, the tech mogul subtly suggested that the deal is already done. He is currently identified as the "Chief Twit" of the microblogging platform on his official Twitter profile. Additionally, he relocated to "Twitter HQ."
According to a CNBC news report, the acquisition of Twitter was completed just in time to avoid a court dispute over the agreement.
It's important to note that the billionaire had just until this Friday, October 28, 2022, to finish the expensive deal before the acquisition goes to court.
After a tumultuous turn of events, it appears that the Twitter and Elon Musk agreement has finally been finalized.
