Elon Musk polls if he should step down as Twitter's Head

Elon Musk's doxxing, banning, and moderation outburst was brought to an end — predictably — with an apology and a promise it "won't happen again" after haphazardly creating a ban on links that put his site at odds with both The Washington Post's Taylor Lorenz and his supporters, such as Silicon Valley venture capitalist Paul Graham. All Musk needs is a little more focus from his captive audience, along with a pledge that there will be votes on "important policy changes" in the future. Elon Musk's takeover of Twitter began with a poll, and it would be fair and timely if his tenure as CEO ended similarly. There were reports that he intended to serve as Twitter's CEO only temporarily before acquiring the company. "The problem isn't finding a CEO; it's choosing someone who can keep Twitter thriving," Musk remarked last month. Tesla's stock has fallen to a 52-week low of around $150 per share. Musk recently fell to second place on Forbes' ranking of the world's wealthiest people. Tesla's third-largest individual investor and ego Musk devotee KoGuan Leo recently tweeted this week that "Elon left Tesla and Tesla has no operational CEO". Previously, he stated that "no big content decisions or account reinstatement" would take place unless a content moderation committee was convened. He has recently asserted that this no longer applies because of activist groups.
