According to a recent report by display specialist Ross Young, the
iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max will have displays that are larger than those of prior models, increasing to about
6.3 inches and 6.9 inches, respectively.
Sonny Dickson recently shared a supposed CAD model of the larger iPhone 16 Pro Max (perhaps marketed as the iPhone 16 Ultra) with
9to5Mac. This model was used to produce drawings illustrating how much larger Apple's largest iPhone model might be for the 2024 lineup.

The CAD model predicts that, as compared to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, the iPhone 16 Pro Max will grow more noticeably in the vertical than the horizontal directions. The entire height of the iPhone 16 Pro Max would rise by almost 5 mm to 165.0 mm, but the width would only rise by roughly 0.5 mm to 77.2 mm.

Given that the launch of the iPhone 16 range is still more than a year away, it is still too early to judge the veracity of the leaked CAD model. We'll hear a lot more in the upcoming months, so we'll have to wait and see if later material supports this first assertion.
