Online leaks have revealed the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro cases. As a result, Google's upcoming flagship smartphones will have a different look from the Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro.
Google's upcoming flagship devices, the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro, have case designs that have been made public by TechGoing and /or LEAKS. For reference, last month @OnLeaks released high-resolution renders of both smartphones. Ross Young then provided specific display information that was covered separately.

Pixel 8 display size could be smaller than anticipated
The Pixel 8 sports a more rounded shape than its predecessor and thinner bezels, as evidenced by the leaked case designs. According to reports, the Pixel 8 will have a 6.16-inch display as opposed to the Pixel 7's 6.32-inch screen. The former is anticipated to be among the tiniest flagship smartphones available, measuring 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9 mm and being about 5.1 mm shorter and 2.4 mm slimmer than the latter.

In addition, the Pixel 8 Pro differs from the Pixel 7 Pro in that it has a flat display and a modified camera housing. Google no longer uses individual lens coverings but keeps the wide camera bar. Instead, the three cameras on the Pixel 8 Pro will be concealed behind a single pill-shaped glass cover; nevertheless, there is a second lens cover for what is likely a LiDAR sensor. The Pixel 8 series is not anticipated to go on sale until the fall, but Google may give a sneak peek at both devices at its I/O 2023 keynote next month, along with Android 14, the Pixel 7a, Pixel Tablet, and the Pixel Fold.
