Galaxy S23 Series Have Faster Ram Than Earlier Rumored

Yesterday, information regarding pre-orders, prices, and even the Samsung Galaxy S23 series' spec sheet emerged. However, it looks that one item in the leaked spec sheet may have been incorrect, and rumor has it that the actuality of the situation is actually a huge plus. More information on pre-order deals, pricing in Europe, and even spec sheets for the new Samsung Galaxy S23 series have been made public in the last 24 hours than at any other time. However, it now seems that there may have been one significant deviation from what was described in the leaked spec sheet, suggesting that the information may not have been entirely correct. The Galaxy S23 series will instead include LPDDR5X RAM, claims leaker Ice Universe. LPDDR5 RAM was initially used in the Galaxy S22 series last year, but the upgrade to LPDDR5X promises a 1.3x increase in memory speed and a 20% reduction in battery consumption. Along with enhanced RAM, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will also have better storage. The S22 series had UFS 3.1 storage, but on February 1, UFS 4.0 storage will be available in their replacements. The latter guarantees read and write speeds up to 100% faster while also being 46% more efficient. All of these point to performance dominance for Samsung's next flagship devices, paired with the potent Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.
