Sony unveiled a number of titles for the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 during the PlayStation Showcase.
Xbox delivered a reminder that several of the games showcased would be heading there as well just a few moments after the showcase concluded.
Immortals of Aveum, Ghostrunner 2, Marathon, Metal Gear Solid, Dragon’s Dogma 2, Alan Wake 2, The Plucky Squire, Teardown, Assassin’s Creed Mirage, Neva, Cat Quest, and The Talos Principle 2 are among the games featured in a post that says “What a good looking group” on the official Xbox Twitter account.
It’s interesting to note that throughout the whole PlayStation Showcase, the majority of game trailers finished with the announcement that the title would be released on PlayStation.
It’s also important to note that the majority of these game publishers have a long history of publishing their titles on Xbox. Since the first installment in the 360/PS3 period, games like Assassin’s Creed have been cross-platform, while the Metal Gear series has been available on Xbox since 2002. The same holds true for EA’s Immortals of Aveum and Alan Wake 2 from Remedy Entertainment.
