Though most people can’t truly use them to fix a bricked device, Google now provides entire factory and OTA images for the Pixel Watch, similar to what they do for phones.
You may find “r11btwifi” for Google Pixel Watch (Bluetooth/Wi-Fi) and “r11” for Google Pixel Watch (LTE) from the developers.google.com page for the Pixel phone. The earliest Android 11 versions included numerous carrier and international varieties, and they predate the October 2022 launch.
Google has only provided one global build every month for the past two months.
The quick answer to the question of how you can use these builds is that most people can’t. With simply a USB-C cable and a desktop computer, these files enable catastrophic device failures to be repaired on phones. The Pixel Watch does not cater to the general public and requires a special accessory in order to use the images.
According to Google, “flashing factory or full OTA images on a Google Pixel Watch requires a debug adapter that Google distributes by invitation only,” presumably using the pins in the top band connector or slot.

Officially, the company says that “these files are for use only on your personal Google Pixel Watch devices and may not be disassembled, decompiled, reverse engineered, modified or redistributed by you or used in any way except as specifically set forth in the license terms that came with your device.” That would very much be the other use for them at this point.
