Google's renowned My Ad Center, which debuted at I/O 2022 and allows users to select the advertising they want to see or turn off the targeted ads, is now accessible to everyone.
The business guarantees that this new function won't conflict with any of its other services, like Maps, Search, Google Assistant, and others. The new service intends to give users more control over what shows when they utilize the openly accessible Google services.
Jerry Dischler, General Manager for Ads, said on the Google Blog that the previously mentioned feature is now open for usage by anyone and may be customized to their tastes. The public can choose to switch off the new My Ad Center to prevent any data collecting that based the ads on their searches and gives them choice over what advertisements they see online.
The functionality can be made available to a user's favorite Google service or it can be made available to all users of the company's apps and features.
Google first debuted this feature at I/O 2022, but the firm was able to make it available to users right away.
