According to the
reports, Harley Davidson has declared that their future lineup will be entirely electric.
It will be a protracted process, though. The company has been known to change throughout the previous 120 years, which is a good thing. The business is also not scared to make significant adjustments.
Recall that the
LiveWire model, which debuted in 2019, was the first Harley-Davidson electric motorbike. The LiveWire One was then created when the brand separated its electric motorcycle operations under the subbrand LiveWire.
The original electric motorcycle from Harley-Davidson served as the model for the LiveWire One.

The LiveWire S2 Del Mar, the second model, is currently about to go into production. According to reports, this electric motorcycle is particularly marketed toward youthful, urban riders.
Rising Electric Motorcycle Sales
Harley-Davidson is not the only well-known company making plans for an all-electric future, though. Nearly all of the major motorcycle manufacturers agree with BMW's decision to phase out internal combustion engines in favour of electric vehicles within the next ten years.

The rise of electric motorcycles was not only fueled by the auto industry's transition to more electric cars, but also by the increasing interest of younger riders in these vehicles. This is due to the fact that young motorcyclists may now access them more easily.
Electric motorcycles have a number of advantages, including their simplicity of usage. Regular maintenance is not necessary, particularly when it comes to them. These motorcycles are more of the plug-and-play variety.

Additionally, because they closely resemble the appearance of contemporary motorcycles, electric motorcycles are also growing increasingly appealing to the general population.
However, the change will not be simple. The market's demand for cleaner, more environmentally friendly transportation has led to an increase in electric motorcycle sales, which presents a significant threat to the automobile industry.
However, Harley-Davidson has pledged to overcome any difficulties they encounter throughout the shift. This is a brave action that demonstrates how committed they are to quickly changing. In the meantime, we believe that additional companies will enter the market for electric motorcycles in the next years.
