How to Connect Your Amazon Alexa to iPhone - Steps

It is time to say goodbye to Siri. Yes, you can now connect Amazon Alexa to iphone. No, you don’t need an Echo or Echo Dot to use Alexa. If you still don’t have Alexa on your iPhone, keep reading to find out how to get it. It is quite simple- you just need to download and install the Amazon Alexa app on your iPhone. If you are using this feature for the first time, you need to grant Alexa some permissions on your iOS device. When you enable Alexa’s hands-free mode, you can speak with the virtual assistant by just saying “Alexa” while the app is open on the iPhone.  The iPhone Alexa app description reads, “The more you use Alexa, the more she adapts to your voice, vocabulary, and personal preferences.” connect alexa to iphone Additionally, to use the Amazon Alexa App, tap the blue Alexa symbol at the top of the screen to return to the Alexa app’s home page. You can simply press the blue icon to issue a voice command or an inquiry.  There is another option for iOS users- you can also type in your request instead of using voice commands. To do so, press the keyboard icon in the upper left-hand corner on the home screen of the Alexa app. Or, simply press the Alexa button and then tap the keyboard icon that appears at the bottom of the screen. It is as easy as that, folks! There you go! Now you can ask Alexa to perform functions such as turning on your smart lights and operating smart plugs.
