When you choose this option, the Contact Poster will show up whenever you get a call from one of the names you chose. But some iPhone users say the Contact Posters don't work on their devices. If you're having the same problem, here are some ways to fix Contact Posters not working on iPhones that actually work. Also read - How to Clone Your Voice with iOS 17’s Personal Voice Feature

Allow name and photo sharing

The first thing you can do is check your contact card to see if Name and Photo Sharing is turned on. This is when other people calling you can't see your Contact Poster, or you can't see someone else's. Here's how to check that and turn it on.
  • Open your iPhone's Contacts app.
  • Tap the Contact Card at the top of the screen.
  • Touch the Contact Photo and Poster button.
  • To use the Name & Photo Sharing function, tap the switch next to it.
  • Make sure that the "Automatically Share" choice is set to "Contacts Only."
  • Check to see if the problem has been fixed.

Uninstall and install the contact poster again

If your iPhone's Contact Photo and Poster are still turned off, you can delete the Contact Poster and add it again. This is how.
  • Open your iPhone's Contacts app.
  • Choose the name of the friend whose friend Poster is hidden.
  • Tap on Contact Photo and Poster, which is next to the name of the person.
  • Swipe up on the image you want to get rid of and tap the Delete icon.
  • To confirm, tap Delete again at the bottom.
  • To add the Contact Poster again, tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner.
  • When you're done, tap the "Done" button in the upper right corner to confirm.

Check if iMessage is enabled

A few people have also suggested that you check to see if iMessage is turned on on your iPhone. This seems to be a method that has worked for some users who are having the same problem. Here's how to make sure the same thing.
  • Open your iPhone's Settings app.
  • Scroll down and press the Messages button.
  • Scroll down to see if your iPhone has iMessage turned on. If not, tap the switch by iMessage to turn it on.
  • Close the Settings app and see if the issue is still there.

Update version of IOS

If you're still having trouble, it could be because of a bug in the version of iOS on your iPhone that you're using right now. So, we suggest changing the software, especially if you are using the Public Beta of iOS 17. • Open your iPhone's Settings app.
  • Scroll down and press the General button.
  • Tap the Software Update button.
  • If there is a new version, you should download and install it.
  • Check to see if the problem is fixed once you're done.

Reset all settings

This is a more advanced option that you should only use if none of the other solutions have worked. After you restart all of your iPhone's settings, you will need to sign in to your Apple account again. • To confirm, tap Reset All Settings again at the bottom.
