According to reports. the full name, birth date, gender, address, and a valid government-issued ID are needed before a Filipino can register a SIM card in the nation. Potential Sanctions
For repeated crimes, failure to register a SIM card will result in fines ranging from 100,000 to one million pesos. Additionally, posting false information on these websites will result in a fine of 100,000 to 300,000 PHP and/or up to two years in prison.
