You can't do much to free up space on your Apple Watch, so the only sensible thing to do is to uninstall apps. You can also get rid of some of the apps that came with your Apple Watch.

  • Open the Watch app on your iPhone and go to the bottom-most tab called "My Watch."
  • Scroll down to where it says "Installed on Apple Watch," then choose the app you want to remove.
  • Turn off the button named "Show App on Apple Watch."
