Imposed Policies Violate Labor Rights, Say Apple Executives

If Apple doesn't resolve the matter, the regional director of the board will file a complaint against them. The comments made by Apple Inc. executives and the employee rules they implemented were found unlawful by the United States National Labor Relations Board for violating the rights of workers. The authorities identified regulations that tend to impede, restrict, or pressure workers from exercising their right to collective action based on a Bloomberg report.
