Users may now comment on posts and reels using GIFs and modify reels thanks to new, intriguing capabilities Instagram has added to its platform. Meta has recently concentrated on enhancing the Instagram reels user experience. According to the CEO of the firm, Mark Zuckerberg, user time on Instagram has climbed by more than 24% since reels were added.
GIF comments on posts and reels, Instagram Gifts, and new editing options for reels are some of Instagram’s most recent additions. All users worldwide have access to these features.
The Meta-owned site also revealed that Instagram Gifts, which will enable creators to get rewarded for their work, will arrive in the upcoming weeks. Since November 2022, “Gifts on Reels” has been in the testing phase.

The option to modify reels on Instagram was unveiled last month. Thanks to newly additional capabilities, users can now split clips, control speed, and switch material in Instagram’s reels editor.
