According to Bloomberg insiders, Apple will include a lock screen to iOS 17 that, when placed on its side, effectively transforms an iPhone into a smart display. The new lock screen is reported to be equivalent to an Amazon Fire tablet feature and more complex than the one Google added to Android 10 in 2019.
