Kourtney Kardashian and her husband Travis Barker's Santa Barbara beach house is a muddy mess after days of persistent downpours across California. The couple had bought the house only a few months ago. Additionally, the devastation is evident in exclusive images that The U.S. Sun acquired. The four-bedroom, three-bath beachfront home showed signs that the water level had risen above the garage. And the front yard was drenched with water and dirt as workers attempted to clear the mess away. Furthermore, the Kardashian star and her husband had recently purchased the house from comedian Conan O'Brien in October. The 2,400-square-foot property, which includes two buildings and even an electric charging station, cost them more than $14 million. A barbecue grill and an outdoor shower are also included in the house's amenities. Numerous other well-known celebrities reside in Carpinteria, including the director George Lucas, actors Kevin Costner, Ashton Kutcher, and Mila Kunis.

At least 18 people have perished in the intense storms in California since over 90% of the state was under a flood watch warning. In addition, the storm produced wind gusts of about 100 mph, which made travel impossible. And while some people have been ordered to evacuate, others have moved to higher ground without waiting for the official order. Moreover, Rob Marciano, a meteorologist for Good Morning America, got stuck while reporting on the ominous weather. In an Instagram video, Rob spoke to his fans from the news crew's vehicle, where he remained with his team for shelter. "There's no hotels close by, and the roads are cut off anywhere where there are hotels, so we're going to one of our boss's parents' house to camp out for the night. And the crew is somewhere behind us, so hopefully, they make it," Rob added as he laughed at the unusual circumstance. A few hours later, the TV personality posted a video of the dangerous circumstances in the city, including complete roadblocks due to extreme flooding.
