Now, Max Jambor asserts that Motorola will completely avoid using the names "Plus" or "2023" for the latter, which will actually launch as the Razr Pro. The Razr Lite, which doesn't have the year 2023 in its model name, appears to be the less expensive model that will stay on schedule. Although complete details for the Razr Pro or the Razr Lite have not yet surfaced, the former is anticipated to come with a 3,640 mAh battery, which is only 140 mAh more than its predecessor.

Despite all the moniker changes and speculation regarding a second model, it appears that Motorola's anticipated debut date has not changed. When it was still called as the Razr (2023), Evan Blass released a screenshot with the launch date of June 1 in February. This launch date, which may just be applicable to European markets, will allegedly also apply to the Razr Lite. Jambor claims that Motorola will have a live event in Madrid. Sadly, although Blass' initial leak suggested that pre-orders may start on June 1 as well, price has not yet been disclosed.
