The South Korean tech giant showed off an unusual LCD TV called the StandbyME Go earlier this year. It is small enough to fit inside its own backpack. The company just revealed that the device, which has been out in other countries since early summer, will soon be available in the United States. If you want a TV that can cover a full wall, the StandbyME Go is not for you. But if you want something you can take with you, it might be.

Stream And Watch
The TV is powered by LG’s webOS software, which lets you watch any of your favorite streaming services. With all of that, you have everything you need to catch up on season two of The Bear Away from Home. You can also use it to watch a movie, though you’ll probably want something shorter.
Compatibility
It also works with iOS and Android devices that have WiFi, Bluetooth, AirPlay, and screen sharing. In simple terms, it can do almost everything your home smart TV can. There’s even a “table mode” that lets you play games with the touch screen.
LG’s website is the only place you can pre-order the StandbyME Go right now. The company is giving away a free $299.99 XBOOM Bluetooth speaker to sweeten the deal. The $999.99 TV set is being shipped out in August.
