Lizzo attended the pre-Grammys party with her boyfriend Myke Wright, which she referred to as their "hard launch." The About That Time singer appeared happy as she walked the red carpet with her comedian beau. Additionally, she was nominated for five prizes at the 2023 Grammy Awards. Furthermore, Lizzo, 34, looked stunning in a black and blue metallic fringed dress with thigh-high wedge boots and suspender details. And 35-year-old Myke chose an all-black ensemble and appeared content to let his girlfriend take center stage, beaming triumphantly as she posed for pictures. For those unaware, Myke and Lizzo have been dating since 2016, but their first date wasn't until 2021. And although he has joined her on numerous occasions, including when she hosted Saturday Night Live the previous year, they have only lately made their relationship known to the public. We're very much locked in. This is official. There’s nobody else I'm going to be with for the rest of my life." She added that although they had a connection when they first met, they didn't officially start dating until "when the time was right." According to Lizzo, "I had a lot of s**t to do, and I still was very much in my 'I feel un-loveable' place, and I still was very much not where I wanted to be career-wise. Even if a person came around that I was googly gaga about, I had these wild defenses up that made it almost impossible for a true, intimate relationship to occur."
