Microsoft Finally Adds a Tabbed File Explorer and a New Taskbar to Windows 11

The File Explorer in Windows 11 has already undergone a redesign and will soon support tabs. Not long after the company began disseminating the 22H2 update, Microsoft released another update for Windows 11. Microsoft has expanded the number of nations and regions that can use Android apps in addition to bundling several eagerly anticipated changes. Despite having already released Windows 11 22H2, Microsoft has still added a number of new features to the operating system. Others have been anticipated for a long time, while others simply herald the return of functionality that was left out of earlier Windows 11 builds and Windows 10 builds. It's important to remember that the new Photos app won't debut until the end of October and that the iCloud photo library integration it's supposed to have won't be ready until some point in November. Furthermore, Windows 11's Amazon Appstore continues to be geofenced. Although Microsoft includes dependencies and territories like Christmas Island, Jersey, and Tokelau in its definition of a country, the feature is currently operational in 31 countries. Although the ability to launch Task Manager from the taskbar is useful, it's possible to argue that the addition of tabs to File Explorer is the most significant change. The majority of features, according to Microsoft, are already available through a separate "non-security preview release." A phased rollout is also being implemented by Microsoft using its servicing technology and Microsoft Store updates.
