The Intel Raptor Lake i5-1340P and i7-1360P models are available as CPU options, and they may be paired with up to 64 GB of DDR4-3200 Memory and up to 10 TB of storage. A wide variety of connections are available, and Simple NUC supports several unique ports on the front panel.
Pre-orders for Simply NUC’s Topaz series of small PCs with Intel Raptor Lake-P processors are now open. Two variants of the Topaz lineup’s third generation, based on the Core i5-1340P and Core i7-1360P CPUs, are available. Targeting home theater and IoT use cases, including digital signage solutions, Simple NUC has a small, 4.5 x 4.5 x 1.9-inch enclosure.

Users can choose between up to 64 GB of RAM and up to 10 TB of storage via an 8 TB NVMe SSD and a 2 TB SATA SSD, although the base configurations only provide 4 GB of DDR4-3200 RAM and a 256 GB PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD. There are two USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 with DP mode ports, four USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, HDMI 2.0b and DP 1.4 video outputs, an audio jack, and two 2.5 Gb Internet connectors available as port choices. Moreover, a Wi-Fi 6E + BT 5.2 card that is supplied provides wireless connectivity. With the Simply NUC range, users can add extra ports to the front panel, including serial, HDMI, VGA, USB 2.0, and GbE jacks.
In addition, a 90 W power adapter and VESA mounting kit are included.
The i5-1340P model is priced at US$669, while the i7-1360P is priced at US$819. A free installation of Ubuntu OS and a three-year warranty are included in the initial cost of Simply NUC.
