The midrange Pixel 6A has put its flagship chipset in the Pixel 6A device, which costs about $450.
The Pixel 6A is constructed using all the right stuff and with JerryRigEverything’s test to check its durability makes it more evident that its build is solid and will last for years. As the device is tested by running it under a knife, it comes out without scratches on the camera housing or the screen cover. The Pixel 6A even sustained the flex test.
It is of note that not all mid-range phones can survive the JerryRigEverything test. However, as the Pixel 6A is built with the flagship chipset, it has excellent software support and a neat Android implementation. The device also receives monthly updates on security for five years.
Though there are some hitches with the device, the screen is 60 Hz as opposed to the 90Hz and 120 Hz panels in the Pixel 6 and 6 Pro. And the back of the device is made of plastic which could have been glass. However, the device has an excellent IP67 rating for dust and water resistance, and the frame is made of durable aluminum.

This kind of build is uncommon in phones that cost less than $500 and help when the chips are down. And, if you do not intend on taking a cutter at the back of the phone, it is safe.
