Over the weekend in North Las Vegas, police shot and killed a guy who was brandishing a gun and threatening bystanders while wearing a Michael Myers mask. According to Local 12, the masked guy, 44-year-old Christopher Earl Smith, died from numerous gunshot wounds following a confrontation with police on Sunday in a public park. According to the station, North Las Vegas Police got numerous 911 reports about a man in a "Halloween" mask waving a gun at people near a mini-mart and park. One panicked caller exclaimed to the dispatchers, "I work at the Carry Mini-mart, we have a guy out that had a pistol and he's pulled it on couple of customers."
