Pregnant woman found dead in warehouse with foetus removed from uterus

The body of a woman who was murdered and had her unborn child removed was discovered adjacent to the body of a missing pregnant friend. When Martha Aurora Ramrez Luis, 19, was last saw boarding a cab she had ordered using a taxi app on November 26, she was eight months pregnant. In Escobedo, Nuevo León State, Mexico, the soon-to-be mother-of-two boarded a taxi with her friend Claudia González Perales, 34, but they were never heard from again. The next day, the victim's mother Maricela Luis Gallegos confirmed her daughter's identity. The location of Ms. Luis' unborn child, who was allegedly removed from her womb, is presently unknown. Both ladies were strangled to death, according to a December 5 statement from the Nuevo León prosecutor's office. On social media, Maricela pleaded for support since she lacked the funds to pay for her daughter's funeral, saying: "I implore everyone to support me." When 25-year-old Irma Yamel Martnez Luis was fatally shot in the Monterrey metropolitan region last year, the bereaved mother experienced agony. The inquiry is still ongoing. After going to meet a Facebook acquaintance who had offered to provide her free baby clothes, Rosa Isela Castro Vázquez, 30, vanished. The nine-months-pregnant victim, who had made plans to meet the claimed humanitarian, was last seen getting into a car. On December 3, the young woman's body was discovered at the Los Arrieros farm in the Medelln de Bravo municipality. Shanquella Robinson, a 25-year-old tourist from Mexico, was discovered dead on October 29 and authorities are looking into the potential of femicide after a video surfaced showing what appeared to be an assault on her. Someone allegedly asked Shanquella whether she "could at least fight back" in a disturbing video. Sallamondra, her mother, said WBTV that Mexican police had told her that alcohol poisoning was to blame for her daughter's death, despite the fact that her death certificate lists "severe spinal cord injury" as the reason of death. "They said she wasn’t feeling well, that it was alcohol poisoning," she said, also saying she recognized people in the footage.
